I received the product in fragments, but I managed to put it together and work, at least for now

Unit works fine and keeps my little boy and I nice and cool during this hot summer nights. The box had a little shipping damage, no big deal, but it back together and it worked. The only issue is that I seem the have received a used product, it has a lot of usage wear and scratches. The box was not sealed, the unit inside was not wraped as my other unit from different store was. The seller was unwilling to work with me on this stating it got damaged in shipping and that is not their fault and that the unit was functioning so I shouldn’t worry. This is my first bad experiance here and felt a little hasitant to write a bad review, but in this case I have no other option then to warn other buyers. I received the unit 14 days after placing the order which is about standard.
